Terms of Service

By accessing and using OFO Development's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

OFO Development provides software development, consulting, and technology solutions. Our services include but are not limited to web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, blockchain development, and enterprise software solutions.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OFO Development and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit any unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the provision of services. This obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms.

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month.

In no event shall OFO Development, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
