Software shaped like your process
Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way. Custom software earns its cost when your process is the advantage — and only if someone maintains it afterward. We build for the second part.
What we actually build
Three shapes of work — and when each one is the wrong choice.
Enterprise Applications
Systems carrying real load and real consequences. The decisive questions are boring ones: what happens on partial failure, who can see what, and how you move the data you already have.
- ERP Systems
- CRM Platforms
- Business Intelligence
System Integration
Connecting systems that were never designed to meet. Most of the effort goes into disagreeing gracefully — retries, idempotency, and reconciling two sources that both believe they are right.
- API Development
- Data Migration
- Legacy Modernization
Process Automation
Automating the steps people repeat. Worth doing once the process has stopped changing; automating it early just makes a bad process faster and harder to fix.

How the work runs
Four stages. Scope and price are agreed before a line is written, and you see it running at each one.
Discovery
We work out what you actually need, which is usually narrower than the brief. You get a scope and a price before anyone writes code.
Design
Architecture, interfaces and data model, written down and agreed. Much cheaper to argue about here than after it exists.
Development
Built in increments you can see running rather than described in a status report. Changes get costed as they arise instead of absorbed quietly.
Deployment
Tested, documented and handed over — including the parts you need in order to run it without us.
Should you build this at all?
Sometimes an off-the-shelf tool plus a small change to your process is the cheaper answer. Tell us the problem and we will say which one it is.
