You may read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not use it to attack the site or its users — no probing for vulnerabilities without written permission, no automated submissions to the contact form, no attempts to access parts of the server that are not published.

What is on the site

The text, design and images here belong to OFO Development LLC or are used with permission. The logo and name are ours.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to perform work. A description of what we do is not a promise about what we would do for you. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be either, and content may be out of date by the time you read it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OFO Development LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. That includes our storefront on Gumroad, which has its own terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The version published here is the one that applies. Last revised August 2026.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Nevada.
