The contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message, and your company name if you chose to give one. We use them to read your message and reply to it. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a mailing list — there isn’t one.

Submissions arrive as email and are also written to a log file on the server so a delivery failure cannot silently lose your message. Both are retained while the enquiry is live and for up to two years afterwards, then deleted.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-DRP3JS2R09) to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and reports to Google. We look at totals and page paths; we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or by blocking the script — nothing on this site depends on analytics working.

Spam protection

The contact page loads Google reCAPTCHA v3, which scores how likely a submission is to be automated. It runs in your browser and sends data to Google under Google’s privacy policy. We store the resulting score alongside your submission so we can tell genuine enquiries from bots.

If you would rather not load it, email us directly instead — admin@ofodevelopment.com reaches the same place.

Seeing or deleting what we hold

Email admin@ofodevelopment.com and ask. We will tell you what we have and delete it on request. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask for one.

Changes

If this page changes we will update it here rather than notify anyone, because we hold no list to notify. Last revised August 2026.
